Dear Exhibitor,

The Colorado Academy of Audiology (CAA) cordially invites you to participate at the 19th Annual CAA Convention in
beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. This year’s convention, which will attract over 100 audiologists from around the

Rocky Mountain region will be held at the Beaver Run Resort, September. 30 – Oct. 2 2010.

This year, we are trying something new:

    1) We have seven lecture rooms available for pre-convention workshops on Thursday between 1-4pm. Rooms
       are free, and will be assigned on a first come – first serve basis. Please note on your registration form if you
       are interested in a room. Ultimately, you will be responsible for promoting your pre-convention workshop.
    2) The exhibit will open early on Thursday at 4:00pm, and there will be no exhibits on Saturday.

Two categories of exhibits are available:

    1) Attended exhibit: A standard or double exhibit table for up to two representatives from your company. You
       can arrange the table with literature, equipment and displays as you see fit to promote your product. The
       Beaver Run Resort does not require AV equipment be provided through the hotel. If you want to use AV
       equipment, bring your own. Cost is $700 until May 1, 2010 and $800 after May 1, 2010.

    2) Unattended exhibit: Half of an exhibit table to display literature on your company’s products and services.
       Unattended exhibits are available for those companies that will not have a representative attending the
       convention or have a CAA member who is the acting representative of the company. The CAA member must
       pay for his/her registration costs. If no representative can make the convention, CAA will be available to set
       up and tear down the display, provided that arrangements are made in advance. Cost is $500 until May 1,
       2010 and $550 after May 1, 2010.

Special Auction: Every year CAA requests each company donate items for the Annual Auction held on Friday night.
Proceeds will go to support CAA and Colorado programs that benefit children and adults with hearing loss. Popular
auction items have included; hearing aids, bottles of wine, gift baskets, restaurant promotions, and hotel or spa stays.
Auction items will be displayed on your exhibit table until the auction. This year, there will be a live auction so more
attention is given to auction contributors. This year, the live auction will take place in the exhibit hall.

Sponsorships: In addition your company may want to sponsor, or be a contributor for a meal break, or social event.
Please see “Event Sponsorship” on the registration form for available sponsorships. Should you sponsor an event or
events, your name and/or logo will be prominently displayed on our web site prior to the convention.

Logo Items: CAA will be collecting items for the registration bags given out to all our attendees. If you contribute
items for these bags, please indicate what “goodies” you are able to provide on your registration form. Every year we
need bags, folders, note pads, pens, paper, candy, water and any other fun items.

Additional Information:
        Set-up: Thursday, Sept 30 from 10:30am – 4pm. The exhibit hall will be open Thursday at 4:00pm.
        Exhibit Hours: Thursday Sept 30 from 4 - 6pm & 8 - 10pm. Friday, Oct 1 from 7am – 7pm
        Tear-down: Friday, Oct 1 from 7:00-9:00pm. The exhibit hall will be closed after 9:00pm.

Exhibit booth registration includes at no extra cost a lecture room on Thursday, Sept. 30 between 1-4pm for product educational
seminars. Only seven rooms have been reserved for this purpose (first come, first serve with registration payment). If you are
interested in a free lecture room contact CAA as soon as possible and provide program information:

General Exhibitor Schedule:
Thursday, September 30 - Set-up exhibits starting 10:30am. Exhibits open 4 – 6pm during light sit-down sandwich dinner in
exhibit hall. Exhibits open during Celtic Music 8-10 pm with snacks, beer and cash bar in exhibit hall.
Friday, October 1 – Exhibits open all day. The special events scheduled in the exhibit hall are: Breakfast in exhibit hall 7-8am;
Coffee break 10-10:30am; Snack break 3-3:30 and Happy Hour with Auction 5-7 pm.
Tear Down is Friday Night – Oct 1 7pm-9pm. (No exhibits on Saturday, but you are welcome to stay for Saturday sessions!)
