                          Link Integrity

• Sidebar links are broken on
   http://www.epa.gov/airmarkets/contact.html
    – Relative links but starting point is wrong in code
                       External Links

• Some of these errors are temporary and will actually
  work when you link.
• Fix these items found on the report
   – Host Not Found
   – Object not found (404) – This file doesn’t exist
                    Host Not Found

• Two of these are typos
                              404 Errors

• http://web.mit.edu/ceepr/www/2003-009.pdf
    broken link.

   – Pages missing titles
   – Same title on more than one page
                  Inventory

     different alt text
                  Traffic Reports

• There’s no one traffic report
• Variation between orgs about what’s important
                       Traffic Reports

• Report is monthly
• Views better numbers to report than hits
• Lots of unresolved URLs and that’s OK
   – Directory/ vs directory/index.html is resolved in traffic reports

• More accurate numbers in Maxamine than Analog
  reports
   – PDF counts reflect single download vs each page turned
   – Eliminates numbers from identifiable spiders/bots
                  Smart Phones FYI

• The table of bots includes IPhones, and other mobile
  devices (authentic stats)
• Web analytic tools have not integrated stats from
  mobile devices yet.
