							Symmetry Training Stable Rules

1. All children under the age of 12 years MUST be supervised by a responsible adult
at all times while on Stable property.

2. Stable must have on file releases from all liability signed by or on behalf of all
horse owners/agents, horse riders, visitors, and guest riders.

3. Stable recommends that Owner not bring his/her dog(s) or other pets onto the
premises. Pets are brought at Owner’s own risk, and Stable is not liable for any
injury to Owner’s pets. Any pets that are unable to remain calm in the barn must
be leashed.
ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE ARENAS AT ANY TIME.

4. Owners are responsible to clean up after his or her own horses in the cross ties,
washing areas and public walkways of the barn. Persistent failure to do so may
result in the termination of boarding privileges. Please take pride in your
surroundings and keep the facilities as neat and clean as possible.

5. All doors and gates must be kept closed to prevent injuries and loose horses. All
persons using the facilities must close gate latches, snaps, and locks after passing
through a gate. Failure to do so may result in termination of boarding privileges.
6. The arenas are closed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. Please be
considerate of the Barn Manager and work staff and turn off all lights as you
leave.

7. Horse may NOT be left unattended. For example, allowing a horse to be tied to
hitching rail for long periods of time is NOT permitted.

8. Helmets (ASTM approved) and boots are MANDATORY for all riders at all times
while mounted. An ASTM approved helmet is mandatory for all riders when jumping.

9. Instructors are not to be interrupted during lessons or training sessions (check in
office when instructor will be free for consultation).

10. Lessons and/or training sessions take priority in the arena. Stable reserves the
right to close the indoor arena for training and clinics.

11. Riding in the barn aisles is NOT permitted. Horses are to be led down all
walkways.

12. There will be no jumping unless in a lesson.

13. Make certain that you lock your tack securely. Stable is NOT
responsible for any missing equipment, tack, medicine, supplies, clothing and/or
other personal possessions of any kind.
14. No horse is to be turned out in any of the arenas while riders are present in the arena,
and then only at Owner’s sole risk.

15. Owner agrees not to change the Horse from its assigned corral, stall or pasture
without prior permission from Stable’s management. Owner has agreed to be
responsible for damages to the property and/or horses of Symmetry Training Stable, and
Jerry Raskey, and all other person’s property or horses caused by his/her animal or
children.

16. Parking of trailers or other vehicles is at Owner’s risk.

18. If lunging your horse in the indoor area please be respectful of the arena’s footing and
riders, and lunge your horse safely, preferably in tack.
