TyTech Consulting Service Agreement
1 HOUR OF SERVICE PER MONTH AT $25 A MONTH.
These are the terms and conditions of the service agreement between TyTech Consulting and the customer. A. Contacting Us for Support: You can reach us at (888) 869-0383 or email us at support@tytechconsulting.com. B. Service Agreement: The customer agrees to pay $25 a month which includes 1 hour of service per month for computer support as needed by the customer. C. Unused Minutes: Unused minutes will be rolled over to the following month as long as the payment for that following month is made within the scheduled time. There is not a cap of maximum accumulated minutes or an expiration period on unused minutes. D. How Minutes are Billed: Service will be billed at 15 minute increments. E. Service Including Onsite Visits: The primary means of support is remotely but if an onsite visit is necessary or requested, time will start being tracked once a support person is on their way to the customer’s location. This time is subtracted from the discounted rate agreement but if the discounted time is used up, then the customer will be billed at the normal rate of $75 an hour billed in 15 minute increments. F. Obligations of Contract: There are no obligations to continue with this service as it is month to month however; to continue to accumulate additional minutes at the discounted rate, payments must be made on time or the agreement ends. Service agreements can be cancelled at any time with no penalty and a new service agreement may be started again at any time which would allow the customer to continue with discounted hours where they left off prior to cancellation. G. Payment Due Date: Payments will be due each month on the day of the month the agreement went into effect. If an agreement went into effect on the 31st of a month, then the payment would automatically become due the 1st of each month. H. Late Payment Grace Period: There is a 7 day grace period in which to make the agreement payment to continue to receive discounted rate hours for services. I. Non Payment Penalties: This is only in effect of non verbal acknowledgement of cancellation of service agreements where we do not receive a payment on time nor have we been notified of service cancellation. First Occurrence: Customer may start a new service agreement continuing where the previous service agreement was stopped.
Discounted Services Support for Consulting Service Agreement Second Occurrence: Customer will be obligated to a $50 non refundable cost to start a new service agreement which will continue where the previous service agreement was left off. Third Occurrence: Customer will be obligated to a $100 non refundable cost to start a new service agreement which will continue where the previous service agreement was left off. Fourth Occurrence: Customer will no longer be able to receive discounted rates of service and all services requested by TyTech Consulting will be billed at a rate of $75 an hour. J. Refund of Unused Hours: Unused accumulated hours are non-refundable but do not expire allowing the customer to continue receiving service from TyTech Consulting using those discounted accumulated hours as long as the customer has hours available. If the customer uses all available discounted rate hours, then the customer will then be billed at the rate of $75 an hour until the following month if the customer has an active service agreement with TyTech Consulting. K. Service Agreement Pricing Changes: If TyTech Consulting ever raises its rates for any reason, you will not be affected with these changes unless the customer cancels their service or services were terminated from non-payment in which at the time the prices went up the customer would then start a new services agreement at the new price rates.
This Service agreement goes into effect the day of receiving payment and will be due on each month of that day unless started on the 31st of a month then service will be effective the 31st of that month but following payments will then become due on the 1st of each month.
