                      PLATS AND PLANS CHECKLIST


§ 44-3-83(a)   Plats must show:

____________   (1)    Location and dimensions of the submitted property1

____________   (2)    Location and dimensions of all structural improvements which have
                      been constructed on any portion of the submitted property

____________   (3)    Intended location and dimensions of all contemplated structural
                      improvements2 committed to be provided by the declarant on any portion
                      of the submitted property, with any such structural improvements on
                      which construction has not yet begun labeled "NOT YET BEGUN"3

____________   (4)    Location and dimensions (to the extent feasible) of all easements
                      appurtenant to the submitted property or otherwise submitted to the
                      condominium as common elements

____________   (5)    All easements to which any portion of the submitted property is subject.

____________   (6)    Location and dimensions of any portion of the submitted property that
                      consists of only a leasehold interest or an estate for years, labeled
                      "LEASED LAND"

____________   (7)    If the submitted property includes non-contiguous parcels of land,
                      approximate distances between such parcels (unless disclosed in
                      Declaration).

____________   (8)    All encroachments by or on any portion of the submitted property.

____________   (10)   Location and dimensions of vertical boundaries of Units, if and to the
                      extent that such vertical boundaries lay wholly or partially outside of
                      structures for which floor plans are recorded (unless shown on such
                      recorded plans), and the identifying number of each such Unit or portion
                      thereof

____________   (11)   Certificate of compliance with O.C.G.A. Section 44-3-83(a) signed by a
                      registered land surveyor

____________   (12)   Legal name of condominium, as identified in the recorded declaration

____________   (13)   Land lot, district and county in which the condominium is located
