What is it? • A national campaign designed to reward Customer Service, Counter, and Project personnel who pro- actively develop sales of target products. • Each month we’ll focus on a different Electrical and/or Comm/Data supplier. Since the program is designed to boost sales of stock; only warehouse shipments qualify for an award. Who is eligible to participate? • Customer Service Representatives • Counter Representatives • Project Specialists • Inside Sales Representatives How will the spiff be paid? • Graybar Maximize Gold Visa Prepaid Card – “Unfiltered” Visa Prepaid Card – Immediate “funds” accessibility – Rewards can accumulate over multiple promotions How to access information • The award site is www.maximizegold.com • Centralized, web-based portal for all incentive activities • Each participant will receive a login • Personalized for each individual to view their promotions and account balances • Management reports Login Page Website - Homepage My Account Page My Promotions Page Program Guidelines: • Minimum – The minimum amount is $10 per promotion in order to receive award earnings. • Prepaid Card Threshold – The program has a minimum threshold of $50 to obtain the Visa Prepaid Card. • Earnings Account – Earnings for the program will be stored in an account that can viewed on the website until the threshold of 50 points is achieved. Guidelines Continued: • Prepaid Card Account – When 50 points are earned, a Visa Prepaid Card will automatically be mailed to the participant at the home address on file with Graybar HR. The card will be preloaded with their payout balance on the card. All future earnings will be deposited directly to the card. Participants can monitor their card activity and balance via their account online. • Taxes – Taxes will be figured into the earning calculation. Deposits to the card will be after tax.
