Dear

Thank you for your enquiry regarding Christmas reservations at Scalini Restaurant. Please find a copy of our Lunch & Dinner
Menus along with this letter.

Throughout December we will be open seven days a week, closing only on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We
will also be closed on New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Due to customer demand, we will be opening for Lunch during the most popular dates in December. Lunch will be served
from 12.00 noon until 2.30pm. Please contact a member of our management team, who can advise you of available dates.
All parties will have a maximum sitting time of two hours at lunch & are required to pre-order in advance, so as to facilitate
an efficient service. Final pre-orders for lunch parties must be received by Monday, 22nd November. Due to the
large number of reservations, these pre-orders may not be changed unless there is to be an addition or a reduction in the
size of the party.

Evening dinner service will commence on a daily basis at 5.00 pm. During the evening, reservations will only be taken for
parties of eight or more people, with only the set Christmas Dinner Menu available.

A non-refundable £10 per person deposit is required to confirm all reservations. All reservations will remain provisional
until this deposit has been received. Please retain your receipt and present to a manager on the evening of your visit,
whereupon the total deposit amount will be deducted from your bill. For your convenience a discretionary 10% service
charge will be added for parties of 8 persons or more, which is distributed entirely amongst the staff.
