DUTIES          :   *Facilitate Risk Management programmes including co-ordinating the annual
                    implementation of the Department and Sub-directorate Risk Management
                    Strategy and Plan. *Assist with queries on identified risk and follow up on

                Management programmes including co-ordinating the annual implementation of
                the Department and Sub-directorate Risk Management Strategy and Plan.
                *Assist with queries on identified risk and follow up on implementation of
                recommendation of recommendations. *Ensure timeous co-ordination and
                investigation of all alleged irregularities reported by whistleblowers and
                successful resolution thereof. *Assist with maintenance of the database of
                reported irregularities via the Whistleblowers call line. *Facilitate programmes
                aimed at the prevention of fraud (policy and awareness). *Liaise with Labour
                Relations and Legal Services i.t.o findings and Prosecutions. *Assist with co-
                ordinating and follow up all responses and preparing of replies to the Annual
                Report, Auditor General and Public Accounts Committee (SCOPA) including the
                implementation of their recommendations. *Assist by providing input for the
                annual Business Plan. *Facilitate the development of subordinates through
                training and guidance and ensure maximum utilization of all available resources.
