     at the end of today’s meeting.

FIGHT BACK/ADVOCACY (Meagan/Monica)
     -Cancer Awareness/Fight Back Message @ campsite
     -Road to Recovery Vehicle Rules/-Fight Back—2am—Talent Show
     -Mini Carnival at Fight Back Tent—Looking for donations of small prizes

CANCER PREVENTION STUDY 3 (Evelyn)
     -Enrollment from 9:30am to 1:30 pm ONLY
     -PLEASE RETURN ALL INTEREST FORMS TO EVELYN ASAP, or e-mail her and let her know

FUNDRAISING (Cheryl)
     -Scentsy Fundraising Opportunity—Order #1 Due TODAY
            -Additional order due date—Saturday, May 14th @ Team Captain Wrap-up
     -Onsite fundraising—$ due to Accounting Ladies by 5pm to be in Sunday morning total
     -No alcohol in gift baskets
     - Food Vendor Application and Requirements ---Due April 16th
     -Message from Accounting Ladies: ―Bring MONEY!!! Please make sure that all coin is rolled.‖

     -Discussion of Theme Laps and Games/Mr. Miss, Mrs., and Ms., Relay Contest

SURVIVOR UPDATE/SURVIVOR COMMITTEE NEEDS (Shannon)
     -Teams that have SPECIAL gift for Survivors at their campsite (Cupcakes, jewelry, popcorn,
     gift certificates, etc.) Please see sign up sheet- we need to create a coupon.
     -Spirit points for gift baskets/baked items/volunteering in Survivor Tent the day of Relay
     -We could always use arts & crafts odds and ends/bedazzled jewels/material/stickers/etc.

LUMINARIA COMMITTEE NEEDS (JagPal/Mandy)
     -Check out bags……sell bags—bags are ready to go with forms
     -We need donations of canned food…we’re hoping to use the cans to weigh down the
     bags the day of the event, and then donating them to Poverello House

     -Bag decorating date and time: April 23rd – at Shannon’s house: 5906 W. Fallon, from
     2pm - 4 pm (Please RSVP to Shannon at 916-9091)
TEAM DEVELOPMENT (Mary)
     - GOAL: Every team member earns: $100/ every team member is registered online
     -TEAMS ONLINE: 70!!!                    GOAL: 100
     -ALL RELAY PARTICIPANTS THAT ARE 17 OR YOUNGER MUST HAVE AN
     ADDITIONAL WAIVER FORM SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN – we will hand
     out colored wrist bans for those allowed to stay after 10 p.m.
     -ACS REQUIRES THAT A CHAPERONE, 25 YEARS OR OLDER, BE PRESENT AT
     THE EVENT FOR THE YOUTH PARTICIPANTS

LOGISTICS (Shaun)
     -Relay Location and Date: Hoover High School; April 30th-May 1st
     -Day of Relay Do’s and Don’ts/INFO: Parking, Unloading, Cart Availability, Friday Set-up,
     Stakes, Proper Campsite Set-up, Power
     -Important items to bring: Flashlights, Reflective materials to mark trip hazards,
     dollies/carts, gasoline (for those in the power zone), extra toilet paper and soap
     -You can bring your own generator (gas).

LAP COUNTING (Dr. Banner)
      -Discussion of lane assignments----Competitive walking and running teams---Please sign up today
      -We also need team members to volunteer 1 hour at the lap counting tent.

FOOD (Steve)
     -Food Court/Onsite fundraiser—space available, please register your Team Name and
     Food item with Steve-- e-mail address: angeloks559@yahoo.com
