Customer satisfaction is our guarantee. One of the many ways we work to ensure you are happy with your order is we will accept defective returns and/or unwanted products
that are in the same salable condition as it was received. To assist us with processing your request in a timely manner please follow the below guidelines:
1. PLEASE make sure to include your sales order number; supplied in your confirmation response.

2. No returns will be received nor processed without a pre-approved Brand Golf RMA number. Complete this form and email to: for a RMA number.

3. Returned products will need to be sent back to the below address within 30 days of original invoice date.
4. There will be a 15% restocking fee added to each returned (order) if not a defect or Nike golf error.
5. Please be sure to include the completed return form along with product. Shipping charges will be covered for Brand Golf created issues or defective products.
It is your responsibility to cover shipping charges for exchanges and/or unwanted products.
6. We will NOT accept returns for products that have been customized/altered; worn or soiled nor non-defective and no longer available.
All products returned as defective will be inspected by Nike Quality and confirmed. If the product is deemed non-defective it will be returned without issuing credit.
If a refund is to be issued, a credit will be applied to your account in the same form of payment as the original order and can take up to 4 weeks for completion.
