Notice of Claim of Adverse Interest by Possessor

persons whom it may concern.
The undersigned, (Name of Owne), gives notice as follows:
1. I am in actual possession of the premises described in Exhibit A attached to this
notice and incorporated by reference.
2. I have been in actual possession of the premises continuously since (date).
