Lincoln COUNTY

Kane Jerry R. Jr. Acting on behalf of:

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

                Plaintiff,

      v.

Huston Samuel E. & John Does 1-10 Case No. ______________________

                Defendants,

                                  STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE

The above named Defendant(s) has not yet been arrested. This statement of probable cause will outline
the probable cause to issue a warrant for his immediate arrest. (CAUTION: DEFENDANT(S) IS ARMED
AND CONSIDERED DANGEROUS. DEFENDANT SHOWS INDICATIONS OF PSYCHOPATHY, PERSONALITY
DISORDER AND/OR ANTI-SOCIAL PERSONALITY DISORDER AND SHOULD BE APPROACHED WITH
EXTREME CAUTION).

PLAIN, CONCISE AND DEFINITIVE STATEMENT OF FACTS ESTABLISHING PROBABLE CAUSE: On April 10 th,
2010 I was traveling freely and unencumbered across the land known as New Mexico after finding no
requirement to enter, clear or pay duties thereon. As I approached Capitan, New Mexico from the East
on Highway US 380, I noticed a group of men representing themselves as employees of the state of New
Mexico, gathered around a counterfeit stop sign in the middle of the road, causing commerce to stop.
The Defendant claimed to have authority to stop and demand from me identification. Red and blue
emergency lights were flashing on several of the vehicles when there was no emergency. Their misuse of
official equipment coupled with their suspicious counterfeit stop sign caused me to question the truth of
the defendant’s statements. I pulled over to the shoulder to free up commerce and to investigate the
Defendant’s claims. I served Defendant with the enclosed A-1 Priority Notice (See Exhibit A). The A-1
Priority Notice gave him lawful Notice of my status as a neutral non-combatant, non subject citizen with
the unalienable right to travel freely and unencumbered between the several states, as well as my name
and the conditions under which he is authorized to use it. He disregarded my Notice and proceeded to
kidnap me under force of arms, a violation of established law, in the state of New Mexico. I asked for the
Defendant’s Supervisor, Defendant said no Supervisor was available. I asked him several times if he was
injured, he said no. I apologized for any misunderstanding and asked him to release me. He said
forgiveness has nothing to do with it. He said he was going to hell anyway. The taking of my body was
unlawful and without my consent, therefore a warrant for the arrest of the Defendant(s) is hereby
directed to be issued.

Also, on April 12th, 2010, several John Does, as accessories to the continuation of the kidnapping did, by
extortion, force me to endorse certain Western Union Money Orders totaling one thousand five
hundred dollars as ransom for my release. I indicated by endorsement that the instruments were signed
under threat duress and coercion by the grantor and that there was no contract. The taking of the
instruments under those conditions is a violation of established law and without my consent, therefore
a warrant for the arrest of the Defendant(s) is hereby directed to be issued.

I do solemnly declare and affirm under penalty of perjury that the matters and facts set forth in this
statement are true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.

                                                                         By Grantor
