                                           QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must meet the requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Handbook
X118C, Job Qualification System for Trades and Labor Occupation. The Screen-Out Element for this position is: Perform
common Laborer tasks, including unloading sand, cement and other materials; work under close supervision of a journeyman, work
     leader or supervisor who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.

 In order to be rated eligible for wage grade positions, applicants must receive a minimum of 2 points on the Screen-Out
                                                          Element.


Although a specific length of time and experience is not required, for most Wage Grade positions, you must show through
Experience and Training that you possess the Quality level of knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this
    position. Qualification requirements emphasize the quality of experience, not necessarily the length of experience.




                                                   SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:


                             Selectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
                                        A security clearance is a requirement of this position.
                                                 A pre-employment physical is required.
