   Study. Cr. 3. An independently supervised course that may be taken in any of
   the departments participating in the Program. Students are expected to produce
   a major paper involving at least two of the disciplines included in the Program
   and meet the course criteria established by the Administrative Committee. Before
   registering for the course, students must have the approval of the supervising
   professors and the Program Chair.
