We as The Customer Service department would
like to recommend the implementation of survey
software at petPRO.
We feel this software would benefit the petPRO
organization. Specifically benefiting The
Customer Service department, and would also
provide benefit to The HR and R & D
departments.

• Employees can take anonymous surveys
to determine workplace satisfaction

• Allows for more Customization
Weaknesses
• Do not have previous clients with
both SAP and Form Artist

on website
• Allows user to save surveys under
many different formats (pdf., excel)

• Has limited user customization
• They do not offer a training
program

Our Choice:
• Prezza-Technologies, Ultimate
Survey
• Why? Have had a client that has
implemented both Ultimate Survey
and SAP within their infrastructure
• We know petPRO can integrate this
software fairly easily
Conclusion
• With the information given survey
software can benefit petPRO
immensely
• Not only Customer Service, but HR,
Marketing and R & D can benefit
from this software
• This software will allow petPRO to
know its customers and itself
