           4:00pm      Race Director Phil Stewart, Nancy Betress (Awards), and Nick Discenza (Elite Athletes) check into the Grand Hyatt Hotel
           5:30pm      Les Kinion checks into the Grand Hyatt Hotel; he will have t-shirts, apparel, and Gatorade on the truck
           6:00pm      CUCB Race Office opens in the Grand Hyatt Hotel in the Potomac Room
           9:00pm      Elite Athlete Hospitality Room closes for the day



 3-Apr Fri   4:00am    Mabey Bridge & Shoring Trucks arrive and mat offloading begins on 15th Street at the Washington Monument Grounds (WMG)
             6:00am    All mats must be offloaded and Mabey B&S trucks moved from 15th Street by this time
             7:00am    Logistics Coordinator meets with Park Police to coordinate day's activities on/near the WMG
             8:00am    Mat installation is completed
             8:00am    Expo set-up begins in the Grand Hall of the NBM
             8:00am    CBI Office opens in the NBM
                       Les Kinion unloads t-shirts, apparel, and 10 cases of Gatorade to the CUCB Race Office to allow committee members
             8:05am        to pick up apparel and Gatorade
             8:30am    Logistics Coordinator begins layout of facilities and tents on the WMG
             9:00am    Les Kinion unloads t-shirts, apparel, and 30 cases of Gatorade in the CBI Office in the NBM

             10:00am   Jericho Stage Inc. and Party Perfect arrive at race site and begin erecting tents, installing floors & setting up sound systems
             10:20am   Media activity/press conference/speeches/check presentation ceremony at Children's Hospital
             11:00am   Capitol Hill packet pick-up opens at the House and Senate Federal Credit Union offices, remains open until 2:00pm
             12:00pm   Team Tatreau personnel begin pick-up of merchandise/cots/water station materials/signage, etc. at the CUCB storage shed
             12:00pm   Les Kinion returns truck to United Sourvenir & Apparel
             1:00pm    Three security guards begin security patrol on the WMG area (security patrol is continuous until Sunday at 11:00am)
             1:00pm    Running Feat truck arrives at NBM and begins unloading of boxes of t-shirts
             3:00pm    CUCB Committee members begin checking into the Grand Hyatt, Washington
             3:00pm    Team Tatreau personnel arrive at the NBM and begin offloarding merchandise, material, and signage intended for the EXPO
             5:00pm    Capital Running Company (CRC) unloads its truck; begins setting up packet pick-up facilities in the Caterer's Kitchen of the NBM

            7:00am    Expo vendors/exhibitors continue set-up in the Great Hall of the NBM
            7:30am    Logistics Coordinator meets with Park Police to coordinate day's activities on/near WMG
            8:00am    Jericho Stage Inc, and Party Perfect continue to erect tents, install floors, erect speaker towers, etc.
            8:00am    Ar-Jon delivers porta-toilets and hand-washing stations to WMG; and porta-toilets to aid stations on the course
            9:00am    Elite athlete Hospitality Room opens
            9:15am    "Soft" opening of packet pick-up and the Expo in the NBM
            9:30am    Regular opening of packet pick-up and the Expo
            10:00am   National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade begins on Constitution Avenue at 7th Street NW
            10:00am   Elite Athlete registration takes place until 2:00pm in the Hospitality Room; this will include number and D-Tag pick-up

            4:00pm    CUCB Merchandisers reduce prices on merchandise for quick and final sales (Aim: Nothing left to go back to the storage shed)
            5:15pm    Packet pick-up closes; no further pick-up activity after this time at the NBM

            5:30pm    CRC loads packet pick-up supplies/materiels and t-shirts into their truck
            5:30pm    CUCB Merchandisers pack any unsold items and turn cash/checks from the day's sales over to the Treasurer

         4:00am   Logistics to turn on lights in the Bag Check tent
         4:15am   Tourmobile pull-off on Jefferson Drive near 15th Street is available for parking the CRC Results Van
         4:30am   Logistics Coordinator meets with Park Police to coordinate day's activities on/near the WMG
         4:30am   Bag Check Supervisor and Coordinator finish setting up Bag Check tent; Team Tatreau mounts signs on the tent
         5:00am   METRO opens two hours early for Credit Union Cherry Blossom runners and volunteers
         5:00am   Team Tatreau supply truck arrives at race site with the race equipment (coolers, signs, etc) picked up on Friday from storage

         6:00am   CU course marshals report to the Marshal Assembly tent; captains should pick up their shirts & supplies; instructions begin

         6:30am   Course Marshals, Split Timers, and Medical Personnel depart to their stations via buses
         6:45am   Warm-up exercises start from the stage on the WMG
         6:50am   All sentries depart the Marshals Assembly Tent at this time
         7:00am   Judges assemble at race start
         7:00am   Finish line camera are set up
         7:00am   Sweep bus arrives and moves into position near the Kutz Bridge to trail the 10M runners
         7:00am   QuietSweep cup-sweeping trucks arrive and move into position near the Kutz Bridge to trail the 10M runners
         7:00am   All Course Marshals and Split Timers depart the Marshal Assembly Tent at this time
         7:00am    5K Packet Pick-Up opens in the 5K Staging Area
         7:00am   5K sound system retrieved from the Results Van by one of the 5K volunteers
         7:05am   5K volunteers set up the sound system in the 5K Staging Area for announcements
         7:10am   5K volunteers assemble to organize/prepare for the run-walk

                 Runners not maintaining a 14 minute-per-mile pace arrive at barricades at the 5-mile mark and must

                 Any runner not maintaining a 14-minute-per-mile pace beginning at mile 6 will be required to discontinue

         11:00am   Radio Coordinator collects all radios not previously returned
         11:00am   Elite athlete buses depart from Jefferson Drive for the Grand Hyatt Hotel
         11:00am   All participant bags should be picked-up by this time -- Bag Check tent closes and tables are broken down
         11:00am   CRC Results Van moves from Tourmobile pullout location and parks further up Jefferson Drive, if necessary
         11:15am   Team Tatreau logistics trucks begin to load CUCB equipment & supplies for transport back to the storage shed
         11:15am   Logistics Coordinator finishes gathering equipment, etc.
         11:15am   All roads on the course are REOPENED at this time
         11:30am   Post-Race buffet starts in the Constitution Ballroom (Salon A) at the Grand Hyatt Hotel until 2:00pm
         12:00pm   Party Perfect and Jericho Productions, Inc. begin to take down and remove their rental facilities
