Alsace metrology offers services in dimensional control, in its laboratories or directly on-site, in
the goal to validate your products, your gauges, your tools, your moulds of production. We may
compare the measurement done to a plan or a numerical definition (CAD file...)
Actually, we are specialists in geometrical control : shape control (straightness, circularity), position
(location, concentricity, coaxiality), orientation (parallelism, perpendicularity).
We also propose global controls : deviation between a measured part and its CAD plan (IGES file
or compatible CATIA file).
Measurements are almost done in our laboratories, but our petrology specialists are available to do
this work with your equipment in your company.
To complete our service offer, we make calibration, instruments compliance tests, advice in
metrology, diagnosis and expertise.

The control report may be a point cloud file (IGES
file format), result tables, imaged report (space
cartography) but it's possible to provide a specific
type of report.
3D MEASURING ARM ROMER & FARO
Our device enables making measurement with or without
contact (laser head)

Maximum size of the part : 1.8 m for Romer arm

The shape defects device (maximum size parts Φ 300mm, h 300mm,
accuracy 0.5 µm), the measuring column (maximum size parts h <1m,
accuracy 50 µm), and the profile projector (accuracy 5µm), enable to
characterize different products, to make dimensional controls, and to
locate geometrical or form defects.
FARO Laser Tracker : To control From 2ml up to 70 ml.
Acurracy:in linear distance 3 μm up to 35 μm in the bad case
