2. TASKS OF EACH PARTY
   Proposition Team (known as the pro)
a. Introducing the topic (motion) and defines key terms in the topics proposed to limit the scope and
focus of debate.
b. Provide arguments that support, like with the facts.
c. Refute arguments and points raised Opposition Team.
Opposition Team (known as the buffer)
a. Refuted topic (motion) is defined by Proposition Team.
b. Building a case against the argument that Proposition Team.
c. When the team of counter views that the proposed definition is not valid Proposition Team, Team
cons may file an objection and propose a new definition. But in this case NOT to be done merely
because the team of counter the view that the definition is more precise.
Chairman
a. Opening the debate.
b. Introducing each speaker from both teams.
c. Collecting and checking the validity of the assessment team Jury (adjudicator).
d. Voice count team member jury and concluded the winner.
e. The jury entered deliberations to allow verbal (oral adjudication).
f. Collecting the winner.
g. Closing.

Timekeeper
a. Observing time given to each speaker.
b. Signaled a knock / bell once when the speaker's time is 6 minutes.
c. Signaled a knock / bell twice during the time the speaker to 7 minutes.
d. Signaled a knock / bell twice times at the speaker reaches 5 minutes to reply speech.

3. SEQUENCE TALK
   a. Primary Speech (substantially Speech)
    - Speakers First Proposition Team (A1) 7 min
- First Speaker Opposition Team (N1) 7 min
- Speakers Second Proposition Team (A2) 7 min
- Speakers Second Opposition Team (N2) 7 min
- Speakers Proposition Third Team (A3) 7 min
- Third Speaker Opposition Team (N3) 7 min



b. Reply Speech (Reply Speech)
- Replies Negative team 5 minutes
- Replies team Proposition 5 minutes
Speech replies can only be delivered by the first or second speaker.
