“ANNIE” IS A RESOUNDING SUCCESS!
Congratulations to the cast of the musical production “Annie” and to its producer, Ms Amanda
van Eeden and her support team. It was an hour’s great entertainment.

SA EQUESTRIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to Lyndall Serfontein (Gr 11) who performed extremely well this past holidays
at the SA Championships at Kyalami. Lyndall competed in the High Schools section and
finished 23rd out of 83 in Show Jumping. It was such a close competition, that she was only
3 seconds behind the SA Champion!
In the Equitation discipline, she did even better by finishing 14th out of 86 of the best in country.
This means that she is in the top 16% in SA.

WELCOME BACK to Kayla Jacobs and Avu Shosha who have retuned, safe and sound, from
their visit to Perth College and GOOD LUCK to Avu who has been
selected as a member of the Syrac SFS Youth Summit Public Speaking Team that will be doing
battle at Thaba’Nchu’s Black Mountain Hotel this Friday and Saturday.
