               We value reading. We
               value the thoughts
               shared by those who
               read widely. We value
               the understading of
               the human condition
               that comes through
               seeing the world
               through someone
               else’s lens. We value
               the collected culture of
               humanity that has
               been passed down to
               us through what we
               read today, and we
               cherish the fact that
               we will contribute to
               that culture.

               We believe that
               students need to
               balance their
               academic reading with
               reading of their own
               choice. We believe
               reading is
                                                                                       http://www.flickr.com/photos/origomi/58197587/
