					Exit Interview

During the last week of employment, the supervisor of the employee who is terminating must
schedule an exit interview for the employee to meet the appropriate individual in the Human
Resources Office so that the necessary separation papers can be completed and final records
processed. The Human Resources Office will obtain the employee's forwarding address.
Keys and other College property must be returned to the supervisor. It is the supervisor's
responsibility to forward agency keys to the Maintenance Building Supervisor and verify that all
College property has been returned.
