Mission: Bully-Proof is a bully-proofing educational model that was created after extensive research
determined specific causes for the majority of bully targeting. This program does not rely on the
traditional teaching methods of "use your words" or creating "a respectful environment for everyone"
(valuable, but often not realistic) but rather focuses on individuals to promote a "Team of Support",
confidence-building fitness/agility, physical personal safety skills, extreme confidence-building
challenges, verbal techniques, and role-playing. This 1 hour program will touch on some basic skills to
build confidence and avoid becoming a bullying victim.
Instructor: Richard Kohler, Owner of Elite Karate, East Hartford, CT. Rich is an International Award
Winning Child Safety Instructor, Kenpo Karate Black Belt, Level 3 Commando Krav Maga Self Defense
