    BANQUET DATE: Sat., Oct. 2, 2004, Doors open at 3 p.m., Prime Rib Dinner at 7 p.m.
        Enjoy outdoor attractions, motorcycle motorcade, BB shooting range and exhibits from 3 to 7 p.m.
        PLACE: Shrine Auditorium, 552 N. 40 St. (40th St. bet. Van Buren and McDowell), Phoenix, Ariz.
                 “No alcohol will be served at the event. Enjoy our soft drink and smoothie bar.”
                               Please feel free to dress nicely for this gala banquet.
            Admission: $30 Early Bird Special before Sept. 15. We expect a sellout, so register early.
          $35 on or after Sept. 15 and at the door; $55 for Couples; $220 table for eight, $25 for Students
          A limited number of display spaces will be available at $100 for an 8 x 2-1/2 foot skirted table.
