					The Orb Factory Limited - Sales Administrative Assistant

The Orb Factory Limited, a locally owned and operated toy company in Halifax, NS, that
designs and distributes creative art kits, is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant in
a permanent position.

As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in the completion of a variety of
sales administration tasks in the support of sales efforts to international distributors and
wholesale accounts. Your responsibility will include but will not be limited to:
    - Order processing
    - Customer support
    - Logistics
    - Inventory tracking
    - Sales Analysis
    - Project management (including assisting with Mass market accounts)
    - Trade show/event management
    - Support to senior sales positions
    - Account support

As the ideal candidate, you have a post-secondary education along with entry-level
experience in an office setting. You are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has
excellent organizational and time-management skills. You work well within a team
environment but enjoy having your own areas of responsibility. You are looking for a
small company where you can gain experience in all areas – especially in relation to the
sales & marketing division. Familiarity with Excel and Apple computers would be an
asset for this position. Wage expectation is $14.00 per hour.
