                          The Details of the common infrastructure available and
                                Shared by the colleges run by the Society


The college is located in a well developed educational campus admeasuring around 35 acres land opposite to
the Pune Railway station right in the Heart of the Pune City. The common infrastructural facilities provided
by our Parent Society in this campus include

    1) A huge play-ground
    2) A spacious canteen
    3) Security guards at individual colleges and at main entry and exit doors
    4) A full day functioning dispensary
    5) Public telephones scattered throughout the campus
    6) Two open air theatres
    7) A well designed lush green garden
    8) A guest house
    9) Society buses available upon pre-intimation


These facilities are provided by the society who bears operational and maintenance expenses for all above
facilities.

                             Fee Proposal for B.Pharm. Course for the Year 2009-10

In the Metro cities like Pune, the cost of development of Infrastructural facilities including Land, Building, Equipments
and Staff Salaries is appreciably higher. We still need to fill 01 posts of Professor and 03 lecturers. These posts will be
filled up in September 2009 after holding the meeting of University Staff Selection Committee. Besides 06 Non teaching
staff and the Librarian posts will be filled up within 2-3 months. This adds up significantly in total expenditure.
A) The details of the present expenses per student per year are as follows:

Annual Inflation on the expenses incurred per student i.e. Rs.48,981/- during the year 2006-2007, are as follows

The Interim Fees for B.Pharm. for the Year 2008-2009 declared by Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Mumbai was Rs. 54,784/-
per student per year. Factually this Fee proved to be low for the development and maintenance of infrastructure required
to run the B.Pharm. course as per AICTE norms and guidelines. The expenditure per Student for the Year 2007-08 and
2008-09 comes on an average around Rs. 86,913/- and Rs. 48,981/- respectively. As shown above, the average
expenditure per student for UG Course during next three years comes to Rs. 59,446/- per year. Hence we propose an
Annual fees of Rs. 70,000/- for UG Course per student per year for the academic year 2009-2010.
