Letter of Intent / Memorandum of Understanding
1. In consequence of consultation between NAME OF COMPANY and _____________________________ , a committed understanding concerning engineering services co-operation based on principles of honesty, credibility and mutual benefit have been concluded between the two parties. 2. This Letter of Intent shall be a prerequisite to implementing COMPANY NAME engineering service co-operation between the parties. 3. The co-operation between the two parties shall be limited to the provision of (civil, mechanical, electrical or all – delete that which is not applicable) engineering services for specific projects for which__________________________________________ has been selected as strategic joint venture partner/contractor/sub-contractor.

Appointment of ______________________________________________as joint venture partner/contractor/sub-contractor shall be regulated by written confidential contracts prior to the specific project/s. 5. This Letter of Intent shall be valid for two years. In the event of the supplier (_________________________________________) wanting to continue co-operation with New-Era Telecoms, it must submit an application 30 days in advance for review, prior to the expiry of this Letter of Intent. On acceptance by New-Era Telecoms, a new Letter of Intent shall be concluded between the two parties.
6.
This letter of intent is subject to trial projects at New-Era Telecoms instance to ensure quality delivery on its projects and in the event of poor, inadequate or unco-operative service, this letter of intent shall be terminated.
