Highlights include: • • • • • • 13.6% of respondents indicated that they were part of the $60,000-$69,000 income bracket; more respondents were within this salary range than any other range. An overwhelming 76.4% received annual salary increases, with 60.2% receiving a 1-3% increase. 32.5% had more than 15 years of experience in an IT Profession. 85.3% indicated that they would recommend the IT sector to individuals exploring career options. 26.6% found their job through a recruiter, headhunter, staffing firm, or executive search firm. 35.5% made a job change for career advancement, followed closely by salary (23.7%). 3 Q1.
