In order to induce the City of Margate as the Note Holder to close the above loan transaction and
in consideration thereof, the undersigned Owner(s):
The undersigned, in consideration of the Note Holder disbursing loan proceeds on the
aforementioned Property, agree, if requested by City or its legal counsel on behalf of the City, to fully
cooperate in adjusting for clerical errors and/or omissions, any and all loan closing documentation
deemed necessary or desirable, in the reasonable discretion of the City of Margate.
The undersigned Owner(s) and does hereby agree and covenant as aforesaid in order to assure
that the loan documentation executed this date will conform and be acceptable in the market place in the
instance of transfer, sale or conveyance by the City of its interest in and to said loan documentation.

This statement is made as required under Rule 4-3.02 of the Rules and Regulations of the
Insurance Commission Regarding Anti-Coercion.
To secure the Note, Owner has executed, among other documents, a Mortgage and Security
Agreement related to the above mentioned Property in favor of the City of Margate.
The insurance laws of Florida provide that the Note Holder may not require the Owner(s) to
obtain insurance from any particular agent or company to protect the Property. Subject to the rules
adopted by the Insurance Commissioner, the Owner(s) has the right to place insurance on such property
with insurance agents or companies of its choice. The City may, however, prescribe reasonable
requirements regarding the type of insurance company providing coverage, the adequacy of such
coverage and the financial structure and stability of the insurance agency or company providing such

Owner(s) has read the foregoing statement of the rules of the Insurance Commissioner in regard
thereto and understands its rights and privileges and those of the Note Holder concerning the placement of
insurance on the Property.
