Execution of quitclaim deeds. _________ and _________ in the division of the estate shall set aside to each of _________ children of _________, deceased, the particular share of each, and shall designate to whom each share is set aside, and they shall describe the shares of the farm property, in so dividing it, by metes and bounds or other proper description; and each of the parties, _________, _________, _________, _________ and _________, shall receive the shares of the estate so set apart to them, respectively, as their full, equal and proper shares, respectively, of the estate, and they shall make and deliver to the others proper quitclaim deeds, vesting in them the title and right to the shares of the real estate so set apart and designated to them, respectively, by the _________ and _________. And the parties to this agreement, execute and deliver, written instruments, and acknowledge them as is necessary to vest fully and completely all right, title and interest in the estate. The parties shall perform all things necessary to carry into effect this agreement and perfect the title in each other to the shares. A shall make, execute, acknowledge and deliver to B, A's child, any necessary written instrument or instruments as shall secure to B at A's death property equal in amount to that which is devised to B in and by the will of _________, deceased.
