Devise of real property as consideration. Agreement made [date], between A and B, both of the city of _________, _________. A is a widower [widow] and getting along in years, and has no housekeeper, and is anxious to get B who is his [her] niece [nephew] [or as the case may be], to act as his [her] housekeeper, and B has consented to act as housekeeper. Now, it is agreed between them as follows: B and her [his] brother, _________[or as the case may be], are to move into the house owned by _________ and which is in _________ County, State of _________ and is described as follows: _________; B agrees to keep house for A and cook for him [her], and to take care of him [her] if he [she] should be taken sick and unable to care for himself [herself], and for such housekeeping, cooking and care she [he] is to make no charge. In consideration of housekeeping, cooking and care bestowed on him [her] by B, A agrees that B shall occupy the real estate described and house during the term of her [his] natural life, free from all rent, taxes or other charges while A lives and agrees he [she] will, contemporaneously with this agreement, make his [her] will, and devise the real estate to B for and during the term of her [his] natural life. B, during the lifetime of A, shall have such fruit and vegetables as are grown on the real estate as she [he] may desire to use in and about house, and for putting up for use of her [his] family. In case B should move away from the house and cease to keep house for A, this agreement shall be void
