new direction towards diversifying their quest for different

form and a newly printed Program of Studies booklet, which
lists 120 course selections for the next school year.
Principal Daniel Bonomo who put the new book together said, “I did not

because it gives students who want to major in business an outlook of what to
expect in the real life.”
It took Bonomo five weeks to create and update the Program of Studies which
cost $2,500 according to school board minutes.
“There is still a lot of improvement to do for the following years,” he said. “The
more we have the better it is for the students, and variety is the most important.”
Freshman Ashley Miccio commented on the upgrade, “I think it tells you more
about the courses and gives more of a selection for all grades.”
All agree that the new and expanded Program of Studies gives BHS a better
“look” for the new students who transfer from different schools.
