1.2.6. Working document of a draft Regulation (EU) fixing for 2011 the amount of aid in
advance for private storage of butter
First presentation and discussion.
1.2.7. draft Regulation(EU) amending Regulation (EU) No 447/2010 opening the sales of
skimmed milk powder by a tendering procedure as regards the entry into storage of
intervention skimmed milk powders put up for sale.
The Commission proposed to open the sale by a tendering procedure of skimmed milk
powder entered into storage before 1 November 2009, given the current situation on the
market in terms of demand and prices and the level of intervention stocks.
Vote : Favourable opinion (in favour: 277 (24 MS), against: 12 (1 MS),
abstention: 56 (2 MS:), absent and not represented: 0 (0 MS).

3.2.1. draft Commission Regulation fixing the export refunds for the poultry meat sector.
The Commission made no proposal.

The Commission proposed to fix the refunds at unchanged levels.
Vote : Favourable opinion (in favour: 272 (23 MS), against: 0 (0 MS),
abstention: 73 (4 MS:), absent and not represented: 0 (0 MS).
3.2.3. draft Commission Regulation fixing the rates for refunds applicable to eggs and eggs
yolks exported as goods not listed in Annex I of the Treaty.
The Commission proposed to fix the refunds at unchanged levels.

3.2.4. draft Commission Regulation fixing the representative prices in the egg, albumins
and poultry meat sector.
The Commission proposed to fix the representative prices.

3.2.5. Working Document on a draft regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 616/2007
opening and providing for the administration of Community tariff quotas in the
sector of poultry meat originating in Brazil, Thailand and other third countries

4. PIG MEAT
4.1. Market situation Pig meat
Following the presentation of the market situation, an in depth discussion has been
undertaken. Member States delegations presented their analysis on the pigmeat market
situation
4.2. Proposed measures on which an opinion may be requested
4.2.1. draft Commission Regulation fixing the export refunds in the pig meat sector.
The Commission proposed to fix the refunds at unchanged levels.
Vote : Favourable opinion (in favour: 265 (22 MS), against: 27 (1 MS),
abstention: 53 (4 MS:), absent and not represented: 0 (0 MS).
4.2.2. Exchange of views on a revised version of part I of the protocol in view to authorize
methods for the grading of pig carcasses in Hungary.
Discussed. Hungary can start the dissection trials
4.2.3. Exchange of views on part I of the protocol in view to authorize methods for the
grading of pig carcasses in Belgium.
Discussed. Belgium can start the dissection trials
4.2.4. Exchange of views on a revised version of part II of the protocol in view to authorize
methods for the grading of pig carcasses in Germany.
Discussed. The German protocol will be voted in one of the next management
Committees.

4.2.5. Exchange of views on part II of the protocol in view to authorize methods for the
grading of pig carcasses in the Netherlands.
Discussed. The Dutch protocol will be voted in one of the next management Committees.
4.2.6. Exchange of views and possible request for an opinion on a draft Commission
Decision authorising method for grading pig carcases in the Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg.
