RESIGNATION LETTER – INTEROFFICE MEMO TO COLLEAGUES

Dear [Employees at Company],

I write you today with a great deal of excitement, but also a meaningful amount of remorse. It is
hard to think about life without [Company Name], however, I believe I have reached a point in

Unfortunately, my professional goals are no longer compatible with those of my position as

deliberation, I believe the time has come for me to move forward without [Company Name]. I
hereby respectfully submit my resignation and provide [Time until resignation] weeks’ notice.

I thank you and [Company Name] for an unparalleled opportunity to grow, which has allowed
me to prepare for my next challenge. [Name of Group or Company], you have been an
inspiration to me, and I hope we can keep abreast of each other’s successes.

Sincerely,
