Anacortes Public Library has established Reciprocal Borrowing Agreements with the libraries listed below. To get a
reciprocating library card, a resident card holder must be in good standing at the home library. Please follow these steps:
     ◊      Have no blocks on the home library account.
     ◊      Get a sticker on the home library card, annually (color changes annually).
     ◊      Apply for a card at any/all of the reciprocating libraries, following each library’s application requirements.
     ◊      Borrow according to the rules of the lending library.
     ◊      Agree to return items to the lending library—no courier service.
