Anacortes Public Library has established Reciprocal Borrowing Agreements with the libraries listed below. To get a
reciprocating library card, a resident card holder must be in good standing at the home library. Please follow these steps:
◊ Have no blocks on the home library account.
◊ Get a sticker on the home library card, annually (color changes annually).
◊ Apply for a card at any/all of the reciprocating libraries, following each library’s application requirements.
◊ Borrow according to the rules of the lending library.
◊ Agree to return items to the lending library—no courier service.
