                    Junior Engineer/Accountant/Driver/Attendant

     1. Grade: Librarian (Pay band Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay Rs.7600)
(Functional designation as Chief Information Manager)
Tenure: 2 years. Exceptionally good candidates may be considered for a Regular position. If
appointed on contract, salary will be a consolidated amount as per norms and further extension is
possible based on performance. If appointed regular, probation norms will apply.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme).
Consistently good academic record. Ph.D. in relevant area may be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in library of academic/research/
training institute of national/international repute, with at least 3 years in the immediate lower Grade
Pay of Rs.6600/- in the Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 (pre-revised scale of Rs.10000-325-15200).
Preference will be given to applicants having experience in developing technical libraries and sound
practical exposure to computer application in the management of modern, state-of-the art library in a
highly automated, integrated and networked environment. A successful applicant is expected to
independently develop and manage the library. Good communication skill in English is essential.

Functions: Overall in-charge of library and facilitates its smooth functioning. Provides support to
faculty and students in academic activities. Functions with operational guidance of Dean(s) when

Qualification: M.Com (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) with CA/ICWS/Cost Accounting.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification officer level experience in finance and
accounts of an academic/research institute of national/international repute, with at least 3 years in
the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- in the Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 (pre-revised scale
of Rs.8000-13500) (or in higher scale). Preference will be given to applicants having experience
in running finance and accounts office of large educational institutions and sound practical
exposure to advanced computer applications in the manage ment of finance and accounts. A
successful applicant is expected to independently manage the Finance and Accounts Office and
advise the Director on managing funds. Good communication skills in English is essential.
Age: Not below 35 but not exceeding 50 years as on the last date for receiving application.
Functions: Overall in-charge of Finance and Accounts Office and is responsible for maintenance
of accounts, disbursement, investment, statutory auditing, preparing budget estimates, and tax and
other statutory requirements. Functions with operational guidance of Dean(s) when
appointed.Reports to Director.

Qualification: Post-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject/LLB.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification supervisory experience in a
government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of
national/international repute, with at least 3 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay or equivalent
of Rs.4200/- in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs.9300-34800 (pre-revised scale of Rs.6500-
10500). Applicants should have experience in general administration, purchase, personnel, and
government-related matters and a flair for serving educational institutions. Good communication
skills in English and good working knowledge of computer applications are essential.
Age: Not below 30 but not exceeding 45 years as on the last date for receiving application.
Functions: Managing programme activities (PGP, FPM etc). Reports to Programme head/Dean as
assigned.

Qualification: 12th standard pass (under 10+2 scheme) with a good understanding ofroutine
automobile maintenance requirements. Should have been possessing a valid driving license at least for
4 years and never awarded a suspension of driving license. Should be fluent in Hindi with skills to
speak English. Preference will be given to those having higher qualifications, a working knowledge of
computers and experience in handling routine office activities.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in government or
academic/research/commercial organizations of national/international repute, with at least 1 year
serving in a multi-role function.

Functions: Primary function will be as chauffeur of Director. Other functions include performing

Qualification: 10h standard pass. Preference will be given to those having working knowledge of
computers. Should be able to communicate in Hindi and preferably English.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position in government or
academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 1 year
working in the office of senior level executives/officers.

Functions: Functions include performing various tasks as assigned by the Institute such as distributing
