    Definition: Previously painted surface in good condition with less than 5%

       Colours are limited to 1 for the ceiling one other colour for the walls and a

    Porous surface or change of basic colours
    Definition: Previously painted surface in average condition with partly chalking or
    powdering and up to 20% of the surface area cracking or peeling.
       Drop sheets used at all times
       To full wash
       Spot scrape up to 20% of surface area
       General sand for adhesion
       Feather sand scraped edges
       Spot skim fill up to 20% of surface area
       Gap up cracks
       Spot sealer or primer
       3 coats of paint with sanding between coats.
       Colours are limited to 1 for the ceiling one other colour for the walls and a
        third colour for the woodwork throughout the entire job.
    Extreme surface or significant change of colours
    Definition: Previously painted surface in very poor condition with extensive
    chalking or powdering and up to 60% of the surface area cracking or peeling.
       Drop sheets used at all times
       To full wash
       Major scraping up to 60% of surface area
       Feather sand scraped edges
       Major skim filling up to 60% of surface area
       Gap up cracks
       Full coat of sealer or Primer or special binder or undercoat
       3 top coats of paint with sanding between coats.
       Colours are limited to 1 for the ceiling one other colour for the walls and a
        third colour for the woodwork throughout the entire job.
Please Note: Where a client requests full restoration of a surface or area which would normally
require scraping, sanding and filling of up to 100% of the surface or area and which might also
require the use of paint stripper or heat to remove solid existing surfaces. Then the completion of a
specific restoration quote, having been signed by ALL clients, the AS-NU Estimator, the Tradesman
and an AS-NU Executive is required.
Exclusions and Disclaimer
Exclusions
1. Any surface not itemised or listed in the quotation.
2. Any verbal commitment by the estimator or any other persons not confirmed in
   writing, by a signed variation.
3. Scaffolding or safety equipment, unless written into the quotation or contract and
   initialled by the estimator and the client.
4. Chipping out of old putty and reglazing of windows (Can be completed by AS-NU
   Carpentry. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign
   a completed variation to enable a continuation of work).
5. Any Wood work that has not got a minimum of 5 mm clearance for openings AS-
   NU can not be held responsible for sticking together after drying (AS-NU
   Carpentry Department can Plain and free up all wood work prior to painting.
   Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
   completed variation to enable a continuation of work).
6. Where Coverage does not occur with the specified coats due to the previous
   colours and/or colour selection. Additional costs will be incurred and the client
   will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
7. Where wood work can not be completely opened to allow proper access to all
   previously painted surfaces AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure
   completion of all edges where possible using the latest techniques, sealers and
   binders to Australian standards.
8. In the event of a job size requiring a second day to complete the work due to the
   need for drying time. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
   required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
9. Where the client requests multiple colours or feature walls through out the house
   or job. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
   completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
Disclaimer
1. Kalsomine, wether discovered before commencement of works or during the
   works can not be covered by warranty however AS-NU Group of Trades will
   endeavour to ensure the best adhesion using the latest techniques, sealers and
   binders to Australian standards. Additional costs will be incurred and the client
   will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
2. If during completing of the quoted work AS-NU discoverers that previously
   painted surfaces that were not properly sealed or undercoated as to Australian
   standards and were painted with a flat plastic acrylic or gloss enamel straight on
   to gloss enamel, AS-NU can not guarantee that the professional high quality
   materials being used will not pull away the unsound previously painted coatings.
   As the procedure is totally different and requires the work to be completed as per
   our extreme specification, additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
   required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
3. Any surface that has existing cracks and splits in itself has the potential for the
   split to continue or become wider cracks. Cracks will crack any materials used in
   the procedure of re-painting including fillers, undercoat and top coats and
   therefore can’t be warranted. AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure
   the best quality works however, additional costs will be incurred and the client
   will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
4. Unpaintable silicon, wether discovered before commencement of works or during
   the works can’t be covered by warranty however AS-NU Group of Trades will
   endeavour to ensure the best adhesion using the latest techniques, sealers and
   binders to Australian standards. Additional costs will be incurred and the client
   will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
5. Where a Window or woodwork is hard to open or in a stuck position it is not the
   painters responsibility to free up any unmoveable surfaces, as there is an
   extreme probability that glass will be broken in the course of doing so. AS-NU
   Group of trades Carpentry division is available upon immediate request to come
   out and complete any necessary work to ensure the continuation of the painting.
   Again the carpenters cannot take responsibility for glass that may be broken.
   Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
   completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
6. It is the clients responsibility to inform us of any previously cracked or broken
   glass prior to any work commencing and in the event that the client fails to notify
   us then any glass found during the coarse of us completing the quoted work will
   not be deemed the responsibility of AS-NU or its trades person. AS-NU Group of
   trades Carpentry division is available upon immediate request to come out and
   complete any necessary work to ensure the continuation of the painting. Again
   the carpenters cannot take responsibility for glass that may be broken. Additional
   costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed variation
   to enable a continuation of work.
Definitions
Accessibility

Normal - A height of up to 2.7 metres with easy access working off a standard 1.8
        stepladder.
Poor - A height between 2.7 metres and 6 metres and/or up to 2.7 metres with
       difficult access requiring additional work to secure a workable obtainable
       access and standard scaffolding, cherry pickers and safety equipment etc.
Other – Height over 6 metres and/or up to 2.7 metres with difficult access requiring
      additional work to secure a workable obtainable access and standard
      scaffolding, cherry pickers and safety equipment etc. (AS-NU will require a
      written variation itemising the areas over 6 metres to be completed and must
      be signed. Please note Additional cost for the hire of any height or safety
      equipment is not included)
Size
Doors
   Small – fir a standard rollerable flush door up to 820 wide by 2040 high or 1.68
              metres square. Single side only.
   Medium – for a brushable panel door 820 by 2040 or a combination of door and
           frames 1.8 by 2040 or 3.68 metres square. Single side only
   Large – for a brushable louver door on both sides 820 by 2040 or a combination
             of doors over 1.8 by 2040 up to a maximum of 3.6 x 3 m high or 10.8
             metres square. Single side only
   Other – Sizes over 3.6 x 3 metres AS-NU will require a written variation itemising
             the areas over the specified height to be completed and must be
             signed. Please note Additional cost for the hire of any height or safety
             equipment is not included. Price will be assessed individually at time of
             inspection and quotation.
Windows
   Small – fir a standard fixed, hinged, awning, or hung window up to 1.2 x 1.8 high
              or 2.16 Metres Square. Single side only
   Medium – for a standard fixed, hinged, awning, or hung window from 1.2 x 1.8 to
           1.8 x 2.4 or 4.32 Metres Square. Single side only
   Large – for a standard fixed, hinged, awning, or hung window from 1.8 x 2.4 to
             3.6 x 3 or 10.8 metres square. Single side only
   Other – Sizes over 3.6 x 3 metres AS-NU will require a written variation itemising
             the areas over the specified height to be completed and must be
             signed. Please note Additional cost for the hire of any height or safety
             equipment is not included. Price will be assessed individually at time of
             inspection and quotation.
Specification Options Definitions
0001 – Moving of large furniture only.
          After the client has emptied furniture storage cupboards etc. and
          removed items from tops and shelves. AS-NU Group of Trades will
          move large items as defined by movable by 2 men to the centre of the
          room and back. Where more manpower is required the client will be
          required to arrange further manpower upon request or AS-NU can
          supply them and Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
          required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0002 – Floor covered by canvas drop sheets.
          After the client has moved out of the room any light figurines furniture
          etc. providing open and clear access to the floor area AS-NU will cover
          the floors with a standard heavy duty clean canvas drop sheets.
          Should the client require the additional covering by plastic sheet and
          the masking/taping of the plastic sheet to the floor before the laying of
          the canvas drop sheets then Additional costs will be incurred and the
          client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
          continuation of work.
0003 – Furniture or plants to be covered by plastic drop sheets.
          After the client has moved out of the room any light figurines furniture
          etc. providing open and clear access to the furnishings AS-NU will
          cover the furnishings with standard heavy duty clean see-through
          plastic drop sheets. Should the client require the additional coverings
          by plastic or canvas drop sheets and the masking/taping of the sheets
          to the furnishings then additional costs will be incurred and the client
          will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation
          of work.
0004 – Spot Wash up to 20% of surface area
          AS-NU Group of Trades will use a mixture of warm water and sugar
          soap to remove normal removable household dust, dirt or insect waste
          up to 20% of the surface area. Where a stain is discovered either
          during such as smoke stain water stain or mould AS-NU Group of
          Trades will endeavour to ensure the best quality works using the latest
          techniques to Australian standards. Additional costs will be incurred
          and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
          continuation of work.
0005 – Full Wash
          AS-NU Group of Trades will use a mixture of warm water rand sugar
          soap to remove normal removable household dust, dirt or insect waste
          up to 100% of the surface area. Where a stain is discovered either
          during such as smoke stain water stain or mould AS-NU Group of
          Trades will endeavour to ensure the best quality works using the latest
          techniques to Australian standards. Additional costs will be incurred
          and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
          continuation of work.
0006 – General Sand for Adhesion
          AS-NU Group of Trades will use general sand paper of either 100 to
          120 grade and sand any surface being repainted with a light sand for
          the sole purpose of scoring the previously painted coatings so as to
          allow adhesion of any materials used in the procedure of repainting
0007 – Spot Scrape up to 20% of there surface area
          AS-NU Group of Trades will use the latest equipment and spot scrap
          by hand up to 20% of loose peeling or flaking previously painted
          surfaces for the purpose of establishing a sound solid previously
          painted surface. Should during the scraping procedure the unsound
          loose area becomes greater than the quoted 20% and up to 60% then
          the surface is deemed extreme Additional costs will be incurred and
          the client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
          continuation of work.
0008 – Major Scrape up to 60%
          AS-NU Group of Trades will use the latest equipment and spot scrap
          by hand up to 60% of loose peeling or flaking previously painted
          surfaces for the purpose of establishing a sound solid previously
          painted surface. Should during the scraping procedure the unsound
          loose area becomes greater than the quoted 60% and up to 100%
          then the surface is deemed Full restoration Additional costs will be
          incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to
          enable a continuation of work. <Note on spec>.
0009 – Feather Sand Scraped edges
          AS-NU Group of Trades will use sand paper from 80-100 to the best of
          there ability the surface capacity to be sanded AS-NU will endeavour
          to feather the scraped edge so as to reduce the exposure of the
          scrapings as possible deemed by AS-NU Group of Tradesmen.
0010 Skim Fill up to 20 %
          AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure the best quality
          works using the latest techniques to Australian standards and will skim
          fill the flat scraped surface up to 20% again to further the reduce
          exposure of the scrapings as possible deemed by AS-NU Group of
          Tradesmen. Should during the scraping procedure the unsound loose
          area becomes greater than the quoted 20% and up to 60% then the
          surface is deemed extreme Additional costs will be incurred and the
          client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
          continuation of work.
0011 Major Skim Fill up to 60 % of
          AS-NU Group of Trades will use latest AS-NU Group of Trades will
          endeavour to ensure the best quality works using the latest techniques
          to Australian standards and will skim fill the flat scraped surface up to
         60% again to further the reduce exposure of the scrapings as possible
         deemed by AS-NU Group of Tradesmen. Should during the scraping
         procedure the unsound loose area becomes greater than the quoted
         60 % and up to 100% then the surface is deemed Full restoration
         Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
         completed variation to enable a continuation of work. <Note on spec>.
0012 – Gap up Cracks
         AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure the best adhesion
         using the latest techniques, sealers and binders to Australian
         standards. Namely a flexible paintable gap filler in cracks deemed to
         big for the paint to fill and not so severe that they would require the ‘v’
         cutting to enlarge the crack and setting with gyprock tape and filler or
         the replacement by our carpentry division of surface sheetings etc.
         Should the ‘v’ cutting be required AS-NU Group of trades Carpentry
         division is available upon immediate request to come out and complete
         any necessary work to ensure the continuation of the painting.
0013 – Spot Sealer/binder or Primer/Undercoat up to 20%
         AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure the best adhesion
         using the latest techniques, sealers and binders to Australian
         standards by using sealer or special binders such as bleed sealer,
         coverstain, or primer undercoat or self priming finish coat to seal bare
         or damaged areas by spotting up to 20%. Should during the procedure
         it is discovered the area needing to be sealed, bound, etc. is greater
         than the quoted 20% then the surface is deemed extreme Additional
         costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
         completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0014 – Full Coat Sealer/binder or Primer/Undercoat
         AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure the best adhesion
         using the latest techniques, sealers and binders to Australian
         standards by using sealer or special binders such as bleed sealer,
         coverstain, or primer undercoat or self priming finish coat to seal bare
         or damaged areas by applying a full coat.
0015 – 2 Coats of paint sanding
         AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure the best adhesion
         using the latest techniques, sealers and binders to Australian
         standards and after the completion of the specified preparations as per
         the solid specification AS-NU will apply 2 coats of a self priming finish
         product or a conventional/standard as per Australian standards for
         professional trade quality paints. Manufactured by AS-Nu preferred
         suppliers of Dulux Wattle Bristol and Other selected product lines by
         other manufactures nominated in the quotation should a client request
         a special product or manufacturer then Additional costs will be incurred
         and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
         continuation of work.
0016 – 3 coats
         AS-NU Group of Trades will endeavour to ensure the best adhesion
         using the latest techniques, sealers and binders to Australian
         standards. and after the completion of the specified preparations as
         per the porous or extreme specification AS-NU will apply 3 coats of a
         self priming finish product or a conventional/standard as per Australian
         standards for professional trade quality paints. Manufactured by AS-
         Nu preferred suppliers of Dulux Wattle Bristol and Other selected
         product lines by other manufactures nominated in the quotation should
         a client request a special product or manufacturer then Additional
         costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
         completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0017 Specification based on three colours only
         Under the agreed specification of solid or porous or extreme the
         colours are limited to one colour for the ceilings cornices any ceiling
         battens roses, ornate features and eaves. One colour for the walls
         including above and below picture rails and each room or the entire
         exterior and a maximum of a third colour for the skirting boards, picture
         rails, doorframes, fascia and bargeboards. Should a client request
         multiple colours or feature colouring Additional costs will be incurred
         and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
         continuation of work.
0018 – Clean-Up and reposition furniture
         AS-NU Group of Trades will remove all drop sheets give a general
         sweep and dust to remove obvious scrapings and dust residue also
         they will move large items of furniture back to where possible the
         original positioning. Where more manpower is required the client will
         be required to arrange further manpower upon request or AS-NU can
         supply them and Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
         required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0019 – Tank Base
         Tank base standard sizes consist of; Small up to 1.5 m2 at a maximum
         of 100mm thick of sand or a combination of sand and road base on a
         clear level site, Medium Base between 1.5 m2 and 6 m2 and Large
         between 6 m2 and 13 m2. Should the client request AS-NU Group of
         Trades to clear the site and provide a base greater than 13m2 and/or
         should the site be sloping or of a nature that requires form work and/or
         a concrete/structured base or stand Additional costs will be incurred
         and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
         continuation of work.


0020 – Pump Base
         Small, Medium or Large AS-NU will provide a pre-made concrete base
         maximum of 1.2 m2 or 600mm x 600mm x 5mm thick of sand or a
         combination of sand and road base on a clear level site. Should the
         client request AS-NU Group of Trades to clear the site and provide a
          base greater than 1.2 m2 and/or should the site be sloping or of a
          nature that requires form work and/or a concrete/structured base or
          stand Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to
          sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0021 –AS-NU Group of Trades will move the Tank, sand, road base, pipes,
      fittings and equipment to the site of the tank installation and the time per
      size of the rainwater storage system has been calculated at 2 man hours
      for a small, 4 man hours for a medium and 8 hours for a large. Additional
      costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed
      variation to enable a continuation of work.
0022 - AS-NU Group of Trades will move the Tank, Pump, sand, road base,
       pipes, fittings and equipment to the site of the tank installation and the
       time per size of the rainwater storage system has been calculated at 0.5 a
       man hour for a small, 1 man hours for a medium and 2 man hours for a
       large. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to
       sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0023 - Install Tank and down pipes
       AS-NU Group of Trades will lift the tank into position cut into the nearest
       downpipe that is no greater than 6 lineal metres of either the inlet or return
       90 mm PVC pipe and includes no more than 6 90mm PVC pipefittings.
       These specifications are for all small medium and large tank
       classifications. Should the customer require otherwise Additional costs will
       be incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to
       enable a continuation of work.
0024 – Install Pump
       AS-NU Group of Trades will mount the 1 only Davey 35 L/min domestic
       pump on the slab connect the tank to the pump and a tap at the pump
       side using standard 20mm black polypipe maximum 2 lineal metres and 6
       20mm black polypipe fittings. Should the client install a tank that requires
       a larger capacity pump that in turn requires larger diameter piping and
       additional taps and outlets Additional costs will be incurred and the client
       will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of
       work.
0025 – Prime and test
       AS-NU Group of Trades will use your existing water facilities maintaining
       minimum quantities under the current water restrictions to prime the pump
       and test the fittings for leaks and defects.
0026 – Clean-up site
       AS-NU Group of Trades will clean the general site area of discarded
       materials used in the installation to the standard of which it was found.
0027 – Additional Pump
       Where or it is recommended by the AS-NU installer due to length of piping
       or degree of grade to be pulled or pushed and/or the number of outlets. A
       Bigger capacity pump will be required at an additional cost and may result
      in the need to upgrade from standard 20mm black poly pipe and fittings to
      heavy-duty 25mm black poly pipe and fittings. Additional costs will be
      incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to
      enable a continuation of work.
0028 – Additional Tap
      Where a client requests AS-NU to supply and install an Addition Tap
      surface mounted and clipped to an existing wall. The tap supplied is one
      20mm brass garden tap with one 900mm x 20mm poly standpipe and 2
      fittings and clips. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
      required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0029 – Additional tap heavy duty
      Where a client requests AS-NU to supply and install an Addition Tap
      surface mounted and clipped to an existing wall. The tap supplied is one
      20mm brass garden tap with one 900mm x 25mm poly standpipe and 3
      fittings and clips. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
      required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0030 – 20 mm poly pipe
      Where the client requests and/or requires additional 20mm Poly pipe to
      have taps or outlets further away from the tank or pump. AS-NU will
      supply and install standard grade 20mm black polypipe surface laid on
      concrete or solid areas and scratched laid (just under the soft surface) at
      10 m increments including 2 fittings per 10 m. Additional costs will be
      incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to
      enable a continuation of work.
0031 – 25mm heavy-duty poly pipe
      Where the client requests and/or requires additional 25mm heavy-duty
      Polypipe to have taps or outlets further away from the tank or pump. AS-
      NU will supply and install standard grade 25mm heavy-duty black poly
      pipe surface laid on concrete or solid areas and scratched laid (just under
      the soft surface) at 10 m increments including 2 fittings per 10 m.
      Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
      completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0032 – 90mm PVC pipe
      Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation of
      the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product installation,
      additional 90mm PVC piping for any purpose e.g. inlet to tank, return from
      tank to storm water and new or additional stormwater piping to a
      recognised approved council/water board stormwater collection point. AS-
      NU will supply and install (a minimum of up to 6 metres or in increments of
      6 metres) standard PVC 90mm storm water pipe with 2 fittings per 6 m
      increments standard laid onto a sound supported surface (should
      trenching into the soil cutting of concrete or the building of a support
      bracket or pergola be required an AS-NU Group of Tradesperson
      responsible for the installation or an estimator will complete any costing
      and a Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to
      sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0033 – Gutter Nozzles
      Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation of
      the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product installation
      the addition, or removal and patching, of a gutter to downpipe nozzle is
      required for any purpose e.g. inlet to tank or the installation of a new or
      existing moved down pipe. AS-NU will supply and install standard
      downpipe nozzle or will patch any removed or changed nozzle
      placement(s) Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
      required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
0034 – Downpipe
      Where the client requests and /or requires due to the recommendation of
      the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product installation
      an additional downpipe or the moving of an existing downpipe is required
      for any purpose e.g. inlet to tank, return from tank to storm water and new
      or additional stormwater piping to a recognised approved council/water
      board stormwater collection point. AS-NU will supply and install (a
      minimum of up to 6 metres or in increments of 6 metres) standard
      downpipe with 2 fittings per 6 m increments standard laid onto a sound
      supported surface (should trenching into the soil cutting of concrete or the
      building of a support bracket or pergola be required the AS-NU leading
      tradesperson responsible for the installation or an estimator will complete
      any costing and a Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
      required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
      Please note should existing downpipe be reusable there will be no
      reduction of the variant price.
0035 – Cross garden path
         Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation
         of the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product
         installation the cutting of a solid surface such as a concrete path or
         veranda floor is required to allow access for pipes as a part of a non-
         standard installation additional costs will be incurred for up to 1 metre
         or in increments of 1 metre to parallel cuts up to 110mm wide and
         110mm deed. Please note the replacement of the concrete after
         installation of piping will be in standard concrete or a textured/coloured
         product of similar style of nature but AS-NU cannot take any
         responsibility for matching the existing surface. Additional 90mm PVC
         piping is required for any purpose e.g. inlet to tank, return from tank to
         storm water and new or additional stormwater piping to a recognised
         approved council/water board stormwater collection point. AS-NU will
         supply and install (a minimum of up to 6 metres or in increments of 6
         metres) standard PVC 90mm storm water pip with 2 fittings per 6 m
         increments standard laid onto a sound supported surface (should
         trenching into the soil cutting of concrete or the building of a support
         bracket or pergola be required an AS-NU leading tradesperson
           responsible for the installation or an estimator will complete any
           costing. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required
           to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
  0036 – Standard Access
           Standard access is classified as a track that allows for the moving of
           the tank, pump, base materials and equipment from the nature strip to
           the site of installation without the necessity to move or tie back plants
           or to move household items such as furniture clothes lines awnings
           etc. and does not require additional man power as allocated in tank
           size description.
  0037 – Poor Access
           Where the client requests and/or requires due to it being identified that
           the access from the nature strip past the house sheds or plants is poor
           to difficult then the installation will be assessed as non-Standard
           access and will require additional cost for man power to enable the
           delivery of tank and equipment to the site Additional costs will be
           incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed variation to
           enable a continuation of work.
  0038 – Connecting Town water to tank
           Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation
           of the AS-NU tradesperson responsible for the product installation
           connection of mains water for the purpose of tank top-up in the event
           of insufficient waters in the tank for the purpose of washing clothes
           and/or flushing of toilets as a part of a variation. A Special valve is
           required and the use of conventional piping in the installation
           Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a
           completed variation to enable a continuation of work.
  0039 – Pump Cover
           Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation
           of the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product
           installation a pump cover to be supplied and installed Additional costs
           will be incurred and the client will be required to sign a completed
           variation to enable a continuation of work.
  0040 – Regrade Gutter
        Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation of
        the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product installation,
        the regrading or sloping of the gutters to allow the water flow into the inlet
        of the tank or the removal disposal, supply and installing of new gutter to
        allow the water flow into the inlet of the tank AS-NU will supply and install
        or regrade (a minimum of up to 6 metres or in increments of 6 metres)
        gutters with 2 fittings per 6 m increments standard fitted onto a sound
        supported surface. Additional costs will be incurred and the client will be
        required to sign a completed variation to enable a continuation of work.

0042 – Through Brick Skin
             Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation
             of the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product
             installation, non-Standard AS-NU will drill or core a hole up to 90mm in
             diameter through a single brick skin for the purpose of running pipes
             etc.

0047 – Electrical Powerpoint outlet
          Where the client requests and/or requires due to the recommendation of
          the AS-NU leading tradesperson responsible for the product installation, 1
          external grade wall mounted single power point with not more than 3 lm of
          cable to a standard junction box connection (not metre box) AS-NU will
          supply 1 power point, 3m cable and junction box. All is exterior surface
          laid and clipped and conduit. Additional costs will be incurred and the
          client will be required to sign a completed variation to enable a
          continuation of work.
