1        Having considered Plaintiffs’ Motion to Consolidate, the Court being fulling advised, and
2    good cause shown:
3        IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motion to Consolidate is GRANTED.
4        IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Preliminary Injunction hearing on Plaintiffs’ Motion
5    for Preliminary Injunction is consolidated with a trial on the merits with respect to Count I of
6    Plaintiffs’ Verified Complaint. This Order does not apply to Count II of Plaintiffs’ Verified
7    Complaint.
