Upon arrival to the reception, your guests may help themselves to beverages and
appetizers. We suggest arranging with a bartender service but you may also provide your
own alcoholic beverages. You may decorate the pavilion area and tables to add personal
touches. The Farm wedding coordinator will work with you to choose flowers and
flowering planters to beautify the pavilion and garden venue.

Our menus for weddings are completely customized. We will work closely with you to
develop your menu. The basic dinner menu includes three appetizers and a buffet that
includes, two soups, five salads, a choice of two fresh grilled entrées, a third hot entrée,
two vegetable dishes, one starch, two cold beverages, coffee and tea. The basic dinner
package costs $60 per person (minimum 80 guests; maximum 200) plus 15% service
gratuity and 5% sales tax. The package includes all facilities, all staff costs, and
disposable dinnerware. White linen tablecloths and napkins, china plates, water glasses,
and metal flatware can be provided by the Farm for an additional charge of $10 per
person. You may provide your own décor or additional décor is available upon request.
Charges may apply. Parking is complimentary.

The cocktail and dinner receptions are reserved at a combined six hour block of time; 3 to
9 PM. If you wish to extend the reception time beyond 9 PM there is an additional
charge of $200 per hour.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book the date of the event. A payment of
50% is due one month before the event and the balance needs to be paid the day before
the event. The menu selections need to be made at least three weeks before the event. A
final count of guests is required 72 hours prior to the function but can not be decreased
below the minimum guarantee in the contract.
