      The Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) is available at an approved test centre and welcomes
      applicants from a variety of backgrounds:

      •    Qualified instructors and trainers from outside the UK
      •    Experienced instructors and trainers that do not hold any formal qualifications

      APL process includes:
      • Initial assessment and confirmation of prior learning and /or achievement
      •    Awarding body registration and certification
