									This is one of the best exercises for toning and shaping your butt and
thighs.

                                 Front Squats

Hold two dumbbells shoulder height. Stand with your feet slightly wider than
shoulder width. Shift your weight to your heels and squat leading with your
butt until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Be Careful not to round your
lower back at any point in doing this exercise. Do 3 sets of this exercise for
15 repetitions. Use a resistence with which the last 3 repetitions are difficult
