Job Summary:          To maintain Health and Hygiene standards.



To be responsible to: The Centre Co-ordinator and the Centre units.

   1. To work as part of a team.
   2. To ensure the kitchen & dining equipment are clean and maintain and safe to
       use.
   3. To ensure all areas in kitchen are wiped down.
   4. To ensure kitchen & play area, toilet areas are swept/cleaned daily.
   5. To wash bedding, towels, flannels.
   6. To ensure kitchen & bathroom rubbish is taken away daily.
   7. To ensure nappy changing mats are wiped down daily with dettox spray.
   8. To ensure appropriate clothing is worn at all times (hats, gloves).
   9. Any other duties as may be required from time to time and as directed by the
       Centre Co-ordinator.
   10. To have general knowledge and understanding of Health & Hygiene
       standards.
