Multi-disciplinary Team DISCIPLINES Architect Building Surveyor Mechanical Engineer Electrical Engineer Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineer Structural Engineer CDM Co-Ordinator Teams are invited to request the pre-qualification questionnaire for multi-disciplinary design teams for completion and return to Health Estates Investment Group before 12 noon on Friday 10th July 2009. Completed submissions should be returned to Damien Craig, Health Estates Investment Group. Within the geographical boundaries of the Northern/South Eastern/Southern/Western Health and Social Care Trusts. Consultancy services associated with minor works schemes.
