       The Contractor's design for the timber roof
       trusses is subject to the approval of the
       Structural Engineer. The Contractor may be
       requested to submit drawings and calculation
       sheets prior to acceptance of tender.

       Prices for the roof trusses shall include for all
       timber members, connection plates and bolts,
       design fees, fabrication and installation.

       All timbers shall be pressure - treated with an
       approved preservative
