“Familia Mayol is truly a family affair. Co-founder Pedro Mayol, an architect by
trade, has wine-growing in his blood as his grandparents were Spanish immigrants
who grew wine grape vines. When Pedro and his wife Liliana (also an architect)

“Dark ruby-red colour. The nose is toasty with earthy-cedary, red plums, dried
white pepper and the slightest hint of eucalyptus and spice. Clean with good fruit,
accessible tannins, milder acidity and a hint of soft red plums on the finish.”

FAMILIA MAYOL KALEIDO 2003 CABERNET SAUVIGNON $14.85
This unfiltered red is both big and elegant. Blackberry, cedar, vanilla bean aromas
spill into rich black cherry, cedar and smoky blueberry flavours. The finish is
cherry and smoke. Even nicer, this red has a plush silky texture to die for.
