EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS November 5-7, 2009 Tampa Convention Center Tampa, Florida www.aopa.org/summit Shaping the Future of General Aviation November 5-7, 2009 Tampa Convention Center Tampa, Florida Bigger, Bolder and Better Than Ever GA pilots, aircraft owners, aviation businesses, students, policy makers and enthusiasts will come to Tampa this November for the first AOPA Aviation Summit—a completely new take on AOPA’s annual convention gathering. AOPA has transformed its annual event into a collaborative and hands-on environment with more activities on the exhibit floor, groundbreaking discussions about policy making, training activities, and fun for the aviation community and enthusiasts alike. The exhibit hall at the Tampa Convention Center will still house hundreds of exhibitor booths, but will feature an all-new layout that will provide opportunities for product launches and other special events right in the middle of it all. The aircraft display at nearby Peter O. Knight Airport on Tampa’s Davis Islands will still host all the major airframe manufacturers, but it will highlight other aspects of general aviation. Even the social functions will have a new look and feel, with exciting new elements attendees have never seen before. In addition to exhibit changes, AOPA is revamping its educational offerings to bring everyone in general aviation to the table—regulators, industry and users—to discuss the major issues that affect everyone—flyers and nonflyers alike. The expanded educational program is designed to attract a larger share of the aviation market to an AOPA event than ever before. We’re expanding our horizons to bring you new business opportunities that you have never experienced before. Everything that matters to your business will be right here.
