We’re excited to kick off the first annual Colonel Cash explosion, a Split the pot raffle! unlike other raffles you’ve seen
before with a set prize amount, this raffle’s prize will be determined by the number of $20 tickets sold with no minimum
or maximum set. The more tickets we sell, the larger the pot the winner takes but more importantly, the more the school
is guaranteed to receive. The proceeds of the raffle will make a significant contribution to the technology Fund Drive and
help us reach our goal of installing SmartBoards and projectors in all of our classrooms!

HeRe’s HoW iT WoRKs!
If the school sells 3000 tickets at $20, the total pot is $60,000. The school is guaranteed to receive 50%, or in this example,
$30,000, and the remaining 50% or here, $30,000, will be split among 3 winners. The grand prize winner receives 40% of
the total pot, 2nd place receives 7%, and the 3rd place winner receives 3% (or $24,000, $4,200, and $1,800 in this exam-
ple). If we sell 6,000 chances, those numbers double: the school receives $60,000 and the winners get $48,000, $8,400,
and $3,600!!!
