					                 RESEP MASAKAN AYAM BAKAR KALASAN

BAHAN:
1) 1 ekor ayam kampung, belah jangan sampai putus, bersihkan
2) 3 lembar daun salam
3) 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
4) 2 batang serai memarkan
5) 50 gram gula merah, sisir
6) 500 cc air santan
7) 250 cc air kelapa
8) Lalapan mentah secukupnya

BUMBU HALUS:
1) 7 siung bawang merah
2) 5 siung bawang putih
3) 5 butir kemiri
4) 1 sendok makan ketumbar
5) ½ sendok teh jinten
6) Garam secukupnya

SAMBAL LIMAU:
1) 6 buah cabai merah
2) ½ sendok the terasi
3) 2 buah jeruk limau
4) ½ sendok teh gula merah
5) Garam secukupnya



CARA MEMBUAT RESEP MASKAN AYAM BAKAR KALASAN (JAWA
TENGAH):
1) Masak air santan, air kelapa dan bumbu halus. Tambahkan dengan lengkuas, daun
   salam dan serai. Masak hingga bumbu matang dan mendidih, masukkan ayam dan
   gula merah, masak hingga bumbu meresap dan kuah terserap.
2) Pakai penjepit dan bakaran ayam. Bakar ayam di atas bara api hingga matang dan
   berwarna kecokelatan, angkat.
3) Sambal limau: haluskan semua bahan sambal, beri perasan air jeruk limau
4) Sajikan ayam bakar dengan lalapan mentah dan sambal limau

MATERIAL:
1) 1 whole chicken, do not split off, clean the
2) 3 bay leaves
3) 2 cm galangal, smashed
4) 2 stalks lemongrass bruised
5) 50 grams of brown sugar, comb
6) 500 cc coconut milk
7) 250 cc of coconut water
8) Raw vegetables to taste

SUBTLE SEASONINGS:
1) 7 spring onions
2) 5 cloves garlic
3) 5 grains hazelnut
4) 1 tablespoon coriander
5) ½ teaspoon cumin
6) Salt to taste

SAMBAL LIMAU:
1) 6 units of red chilli
2) ½ teaspoon shrimp paste
3) 2 pieces limes
4) ½ teaspoon brown sugar
5) Salt to taste



HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN RECIPES MASKAN KALASAN BAKAR (CENTRAL
JAVA):
1) Cook the coconut milk, coconut milk and spices. Add the galangal, bay leaves and
