The Housing Market in the UK: 23 out of 33 Economists can’t be wrong-can they? A Poll carried out by Reuters amongst analysts at banks, investment firms and consultancies makes more encouraging news for the beleaguered Housing Market in the UK. 23 out of 33 economists felt that house prices would stabilise within the year. 11 went as far to predict that bottom out within 6 months. Only two said that the recovery would be two years in coming If these predictions are correct, this should lead to an increase in orders for HIPs, house sales and Conveyancing instructions over the next few months
