GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

The 2011 ASPE Exhibit will be held in the Colorado Ballroom A-E of the Denver Marriott City Center. The
exhibit will be open Tuesday and Wednesday, November 15 and 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on
Thursday, November 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For more information about the 2011 ASPE Annual
Meeting events see the enclosed schedule.

up must be completed by 6:00 p.m. Dismantling may begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17.

ASPE will furnish each exhibitor with one 8' x 10' booth, back (8 ft) and side (3 ft) drapes, one 6 ft draped

the order placed by the exhibitor.

Each exhibiting company or organization receives credit for sponsorship of all breaks during exhibit time,
an ASPE Membership List in electronic form upon request and full payment of booth rental fee, and a
list of participants in electronic format also upon request after the meeting. In addition, we include a
free conference registration for one representative (conference registration includes a complimentary
ASPE membership for 2012, and a subscription to the PRECISION ENGINEERING JOURNAL, as well as all
planned food functions and admission to the technical sessions.). Additional exhibitor representatives will be
charged the normal registration fee if they wish to attend the technical sessions and other meeting events.
Tickets for meal functions may be purchased separately for "BOOTH ONLY" staff (two sales staff for each
exhibiting company may attend at no cost, as long as they confine their activities exclusively to the booth and
exhibits area). In addition, exhibitor may bring extra (more than the first two) “Both Only” staff for a fee of
$50.00 per day per person.

The cost of a booth is $1,500 for ASPE corporate sponsors and $2,000 for all others. Universities and other
not-for-profit organizations may contact ASPE for reduced booth rental fees. Please note that no space
assignments will be made until reservation contract and deposit (see contract for appropriate amount) are
received by ASPE. Space assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference
given to Corporate Sponsors and previous exhibitors. To the extent possible, ASPE will honor requests
regarding adjoining exhibits. NOTE: For Corporate Sponsorship details please see our web site at
