Q & A for Lead Providers
Q: How do I get LPI setup A: If you are a Platinum or Gold partner or would like to find out how to become one then contact Rob Rokoff at rrokoff@leads360.com Q: How accurate is your data A: While we do not guarantee the accuracy of the data that we provide a huge amount of resources have been invested in normalizing and cleaning our huge database and data collection process in order to deliver what we believe is the most reliable industry dataset available Q: This is great but I really want more data than this A: Platinum partners should contact Rob Rokoff to find out how this can be achieved, we never share individual lead data between providers or lead-specific information without a customers consent but there are some options that we can explore
Q & A for Lead Buyers
Q: Who do I speak to if I am having trouble activating LPI A: Please contact your CSM or call support on (888) 508-4462 Q: Do all my lead sources see my data if I turn this on? A: No, you turn on the lead providers who you want to share with and can easily turn them off whenever you like too. Q: Will lead providers use this information to charge me more for my leads A: We really don’t think so. The outcome of pilots of this initiative were that our buyers ended up improving their return on cost (ROC) Q: Will lead providers know how I am performing with each lead A: No, they just know your weekly average across all leads that they have sent you. Q: Why does the data I see in my dashboard differ from the data that my lead provider is seeing in their report? A: That is because we have standardized the milestones which means that you have a slightly different definition of contact, qualify or conversion than our standard. Contact us though if there is a very large difference between the two.
